We’d like to thank you.  For every $300 you spend on your dine in or takeout orders, we will give you $25 added value on your card that can be redeemed at any one of our 3 locations.  Every time you dine at one of our restaurants, the amount of your purchase, excluding tax and gratuity, will be credited to your Frequent Pie-er account.  Just present your Frequent Pie-er card at the end of your meal along with your form of payment.  Your server will process it, and the points will be applied to your account.  We will keep track of your visits and expenditures with a simple swipe of your card.  Whenever you reach $300, a $25 credit will be added to your card that you can use at your discretion.  Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for your frequent pie-er card to arrive if ordered via our website. (www.portlandpie.com)

Frequent Pie-er Card

- Our card is used to reward our guests for their patronage.
- Sign up for the Frequent Pie-er program by activating your card with your first purchase. It can only be activated with a purchase at any Portland Pie Company restaurant.
- When the card is activated we will present you with a voucher to fill out that will provide us with relevant information to create your membership.
- To accumulate credits towards a reward, the member must present their card with every purchase.
- Rewards will be issued according to the currently active plans.
- Only the member paying the bill will receive credit towards bonus plan.
- You can check your card balance and bonus plan balance by having your card swiped at any Portland Pie Company restaurant.
- Rewards will not be issued until your next visit.
- You are responsible for the use and safety of your card and are liable for all transactions.
- We reserve the right to cancel membership and void member’s credits and rewards if there is any unauthorized use by the member.
- In the event of a lost or stolen card we can deactivate the original card and issue a new card to the original member. The original member will be required to show proof of identity in order to obtain a new card. All previous bonus information will attach to the new card.
- We reserve the right to create new bonus plans, change existing plans and discontinue this program at any time, with or without notice.
- We reserve the right to alter the terms of the program at any time, with or without notice.
